Special Paint Effect: This will display the Paint Effect
Options window. Whatever effect you choose will be
displayed each time an image is loaded in Image Explorer
Pro. These do not change the original image just
how it is loaded in the display. Below is the Paint Effect
Options screen. Click on the individual items for detailed descriptions.
