AS Set Alignment
This is where you set the alignment. The left drop down list is for setting the horizontal alignment (Left, Center, Right) and the right drop down list is for setting the vertical alignment (Top, Center, Bottom).
When applying 3D Text you can always drag the text where you want before applying.
